FAQ and troubleshooting

Do I need a Sui wallet?

No. Phantom is enough; your sui.fun account lives on Sui and is controlled by your Phantom key.

Phantom shows a text message, not a transaction. Is that normal?

Yes. sui.fun actions are signed as readable messages. Only deposits and the manual "Receive in Phantom" step are Solana transactions.

My trade failed with a slippage error.

The price moved more than your max slippage before the trade landed. Nothing was spent; try again, or raise your slippage a little.

"Another action went through in the meantime."

Two actions were signed at once. Sign again.

"The signature expired."

A signed message is valid for about 10 minutes. Sign again.

My deposit arrived as USDC.

The price moved during the transfer, so the automatic conversion was skipped. Use "Convert to SUI" on the Bridge or Portfolio page.

My deposit is stuck on "Circle confirming".

Circle waits for the Solana transaction to be final, usually under a minute. If it fails on Solana, nothing leaves your Phantom.

My withdrawal says "Needs finishing".

Use "Receive in Phantom" in "My withdrawals to Solana" and sign the Solana transaction.

Can I send SUI from an exchange?

Yes, to your account address shown in Portfolio, on the Sui network.

Can I change my token's name or image?

No. Token details are written on-chain at launch and are permanent.

How do I get my creator fees?

Open your token's page or Portfolio and claim them; they land on your sui.fun account.
